This folder contains the 36,581 metagenomic bins generated by this project from Biogeotraces, HOT, BATS, Malaspina and Tara Oceans (Prok and Vir) metagenomes

This exclude the MAGs, which can be accessed as part of the genome collection.

These bins were created using metaBAT2 and have a minimum size of 200kb.

The summary table reports statistics derived from CheckM and Anvi'o.
